Initial Planning Ideas

Genre- Action/Adventure/Comedy

Narrative- A teenager living in a world paralysed by crime, he takes it upon himself to fight crime. However this regular boy has very little effect on the world around him, until unknown to him he stumbles upon the strongest crime ring in the city, upon seeing this our young hero becomes the target of mob bosses and high ranking corrupt government officials day in day out, will he fight or run, or will he make absolutely no difference what so ever?

The film above is a superhero paraody similar to the likes of Kick-Ass however this film takes it self less serious this was originally the style we were going for however early in production we decided to go for a slightly more serious approach, however we still didnt want to move to the gritty style of Kick-Ass. We did still draw some inspriation from the film. such as our hero become a target of a strong gang. We also liked the idea of the character Red-Mist. Below we have a picture of Red-Mist standing on a dumpster this reminded me of a convention related to super-hero movies and that is of  the hero standing over the city looking down upon the innocent people. However this is more comical and when he jumps down he hurts himself from the 3 foot drop.
